Silver Billion International is a Hong Kong-invested group enterpise, which is formerly known as Eagle (Hong Kong) Industry Co., Ltd founded in 1988. It has been mainly specializing in design, production and exportation of the high end photo frames of our own brands. Set up a production base more than 50,000 square meters in the mainland in 1993.
